Setting wheel alignment If the cart veers away when driving straight ahead, this can be easily adjusted. Keep in mind that the cart will drift slightly depending on if you have steep side slopes, rough terrain, etc. On a perfectly flat fairway, a normal tolerance of drift is 1 foot over a 50-foot run.
1. VERIFY both wheels are fully engaged and not in freewheel mode. Also, make sure your golf bag is evenly balanced from left to right.
2. Loosen the lug nut on the left side slightly (in the direction of travel).
3. The wheel position can be adjusted by turning the two small Allen screws at the front and back of the wheel suspension.
Example: to adjust to the left, first loosen the back small Allen screw, then tighten the front small Allen screw. We recommend starting with 90-degree turns at first to get an eye for adjustment.
4. After adjusting, tighten the lug nut again.
