Getting Started with Your Cart-Tek Golf TrolleyUpdated a year ago

Assembly Instructions and Setup Process

    1.    Unpacking: Carefully unpack all the components of your Cart-Tek 1500 V3 golf trolley. Ensure that all parts are included as listed in the user manual.

    2.    Wheel Installation:

    ▪    Identify the left and right wheels based on the "L" and "R" markings on the wheel hubs.

    ▪    Depress the knob on the inside wheel hub and slide the wheel onto the axle.

    ▪    Make sure the wheel is fully inserted into the drive collar, ensuring that all four pins are engaged.

    ▪    For "free-wheel" mode, depress and pull the wheel out 1/4 inch to release the pins and ensure a snug fit in the axle groove.

    3.    Anti-Tip Wheel Installation:

    ▪    Locate the anti-tip wheel lock pin under the axle tube.

    ▪    Pull out the pin, and slide the anti-tip wheel into the frame until it securely locks in place with a "click" sound.

    4.    Handle and Bag Rests:

    ▪    Lift the handle from the lower caddy frame while holding down the lower frame if needed.

    ▪    The locking pin will automatically engage when the lower handle is fully opened.

    ▪    Place your golf bag into the upper and lower bag rests, ensuring a secure fit. Tighten the bag straps to keep the bag in place.

    5.    Battery Installation:

    ▪    Take the fully charged battery and secure it on the battery tray using the provided strap.

    ▪    Insert the battery cable into the battery port located on the lower handle to power on your cart.

Important Care and Maintenance Tips

    •    Cleaning: Avoid spraying flowing water directly on the trolley. Instead, use a damp cloth to wipe it down for cleaning.

    •    Bag Weight Distribution: Optimal performance is achieved with a cart bag, but if you use a carry or stand bag, consider adding weight to achieve better balance.

    •    Tracking Correction: If your trolley veers to one side during operation, ensure both wheels are fully engaged and the weight on your golf bag is evenly distributed.

    •    Battery Maintenance: Recharge the battery after each golf outing and avoid leaving it in an uncharged state for extended periods. Charge the battery every 60-90 days during periods of inactivity.

    •    Lubrication: Regularly apply silicone-based lubricant to the front and anti-tip wheel bearings to ensure smooth operation and prolong their lifespan.
