Order Cancellations

• Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administration costs, and non-refundable credit card processing fees.
• After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, it may be returned under our Return Policy (see above). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Pre-Order Deposit:  Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.
