Caddy Not Showing Any Indicator LED

▪    Ensure that the caddy battery is properly engaged in the battery port. ▪    Get a voltage reading on the battery. ▪    Check if the battery is fully charged. ▪    If the LED is still not showing, contact customer support.

Remote Not Working Despite Caddy Being Turned On

▪    Confirm that the remote is turned on and the LED on the remote flashes when buttons are pressed. ▪    Restart the caddy by disconnecting the battery for 5 seconds and then powering it back on. ▪    Replace the batteries in the remote if needed.
